The food at the restaurant was below par compared to the rest, unfortunately disappointing. The room smelled musty and damp. After the massage I mentioned I did not have change for the tip and needed to get some, to which the masseuse reacted in an offended manner. I still made the effort to get change and leave a tip, but the inappropriate reaction was uncalled for.

Nice comfortable room, comfortable bed, good shower. Seating area in front of the room. There are also rooms with balcony but we chose this one. There is a swimming pool and possibility to swim in the lake, which is nice because it can get warm. The ferry to and from parapat drops you if at the hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast, Indonesian and international choices. Within walking distance from small restaurants.

Everything! Service at all times was exceptional. Even the third-party spa treatment ladies were lovely. Morning breakfast buffet was a very good selection each day with an egg station. Restaurant offering overall was very good and well-priced. Very helpful with onward travel arrangements. Lots of activity in managing the property ahead of the high season by happy and hardworking staff.

The breakfast is of excellent quality, and their in-house coffee roastery offers top-tier coffee. The beautifully maintained garden, pristine pool, and breathtaking views add to the charm, while the massages offer the ultimate relaxation. We will definitely be returning soon!

Great staff. Delicious breakfast. They got the brown bread with Flax seeds which is really comfortable for my stomach I enjoyed a swim both in the Lake and in the pool Thank You. Hoping to stay again someday
