Airport shuttle was very well organized and punctual. The hotel staff gave very clear instructions on where to meet the shuttle, and it was very easy to find them. The room was quite clean and comfortable, excellent for a long layover stay near the airport.. The hotel also has a nice swimming pool, exercise room and spa, in addition to a restaurant, providing everything you might need. Their customer service is also top-notch. I had a problem with my reservation, and they were able to help me quickly resolve it. nothing

Can’t think of much, although allowing people to smoke outside the main entrance to the hotel is a bit annoying if you are standing downwind as is almost always the case.

The shuttle service to and from the airport was prompt and excellent. Hotel employees were very helpful and friendly. The food in the restaurant was good, and it was nice to visit the bar/lounge in the evening and enjoy live piano and singing entertainment. When our flight itinerary changed, the front desk personnel were thoughtful and flexible in accommodating our unexpected recent change in flight schedule, and we were able to extend our stay in the room until we were ready to leave for the later flight. Concierge area has a scale (coin-operated, but not expensive) that allows guests to weigh their luggage before they get to the airport. Very minor: Room was hot upon our arrival and not cooling down at first -- we didn't know why -- but after we asked at the front desk about the AC, they sent an employee who figured out that the previous guests had not shut the balcony doors properly, which prevented the AC from functioning. (We had not even touched the balcony doors, which appeared to us to be completely shut.) The employee shut the balcony doors properly, and the AC worked wonderfully after that. If you find your AC isn't cooling the room, just ask the front desk for help! Also minor: The hotel is a bit isolated -- not pedestrian-friendly to outside restaurants -- so dining/drinking options are pretty much confined to the hotel's restaurant and bar. Prices were a bit higher than we would have preferred, but at least food and drink were good, and the restaurant staff was exemplary.

The front desk staff was severely lacking. One set of elevators at one end of the building and nearly all of the rooms at the other end of the building. Staff made using the airport shuttle a convoluted process rather than just a normal airport shuttle.

Free shuttle to and from airport Room extremely big and comfortable Fitness center and business center on site. All amenities provided including robe, slippers, toiletries, coffee, tea and water free of charge. Wake up call. Perfect place to stay for one night for a transfer or if you have an early flight out as I did. Lobby bar gives a free welcome non-alcoholic drink (I chose pineapple juice and fresh ginger) which was yummy. Free buffet breakfast with tons of food and choices. Not much to complain about. Excellent value (about USD 88 per night) this is a hotel just for airport stays, there is otherwise little there there. The temperature of the water in the bath/shower was cool, not sure if this is a universal problem there or just happened to be that way in my room that particular night.

Clean and comfortable I asked for a wake up call.. but they did not do this and the food(nachos) arrived cold. It was supposed to arrive 10-15 min it arrived 45 minutes later.

Their morning cafe was closed. Only breakfast option was room service. Shower tub was too tall to step in for most normal elderly person. No grab bars to assist getting in or out.

Location was good. Pool areas were nice also. Rooms need to be up dated. Pillows very lumpy bed was very hard. Lots of noise in hallway.
