Easy to get around Bangkok Parking always full at night

1. The elevator is "between floors" (I'm not sure how else to describe it). Once you walk towards the elevator post check-in, you have to take a flight of stairs up (about 7 steps) and then you reach the elevator. Likewise, once you are on your floor, you have to take a flight of stairs down to reach your level. I had a large luggage on me so things were slightly difficult. 2. The room is not soundproof, so you could hear others walking in the hallway (and being rowdy in other situations) and hear the guests in the neighbouring room.

Easy access to the metro and in a quiet neighbourhood

Location was ok- very noisy road though. Bed was comfortable and the room was reasonably clean. 7/11 within walking distance. We had a second booking for a particular room, but I was asked 5 times if I really needed that room because current guests wanted to extend their stay. Staff eventually agreed to keep our booking but I cancelled it later as I was not confident the room would be available. Very noisy road. Water heater in shower did not work and no toilet paper provided although stated as provided in listing. We ended up staying at De Botan Bangna which is so much nicer, much cheaper and has a rooftop pool.

I like the convenience of the location. It's very accessible to main mode of transportation. The room was so comfy. The mirrors were a bit high for me. I can only see my face. Hahaha.
