Staff were very professional and helpful. Breakfast was good, one can easily use laundry facilities. Shuttle service was also good. Location excellent for airport access but not much around for food and shopping. English channels on TV didn't work and they offered to have me changed rooms but I was already unpacked and settled.

Do not believe the positive reviews. I made the mistake of booking this place for a month. Staff was all smiles and helpful for the first 1 week. Then they essentially ignored me. My requests seemed like an inconvenience to them. Herma is one of 3 small hotels adjacent to each other. Atrium and iChapter, all have the same owner. I requested moving my booking to the nicer Atrium. I requested a refund. The staff seemed clueless to making it happen. So I spoke with the manager. He made excuses and was just as useless. I must also mention the incessant bird noises. This particular bird breed are quite noisy. They will ruin your stay. Herma has multiple floors, but only the third floor is available for booking. This isn't mentioned in the listing. Guests with unruly kids can be heard screaming in the halls, day and night. Walls are paper thin. My noise complaints went unanswered. Employee turnover caught my attention. Through my stay I saw several staff disappear, replaced by new ones. It was obvious that since they had a month's payment from me, there was no incentive for good customer service. I also believe there was a sense of racism at Herma. Southeast Asians in general are opposed to black people. This was on full display at Herma.

Mostly peaceful and quiet. Good value for the money. Decent breakfast. Friendly staff. I would recommend for those who can tolerate noises from loud children in the hallway. I would prefer a shower curtain. Herma is one of 3 connected hotel properties. I was told that I could move to another property, but later learned that I would lose money on my current reservation. It's quite confusing. I'm still waiting to hear back from the property owner. The hotel main focus is families. So beware loud noises from kids.

I booked this hotel for the convenience of distance to the airport. It was about 30 minutes driven. Very friendly staff, Cindy and May was very professional and helpful. They were was smiling and ready to assiste me with my needs such as booking taxi. Nice food around the area, I had a Thai massage near the hotel too. Not applicable

Staff is very friendly and helpful. The toilet and shower room, may be can add in a PVC curtain or partition in between the shower area and the toilet bowl. The toilet and shower room will be half wet after showering everytime.

Located near the airport and in a street/area with many eating options. Part of a large facility with another hotel, meeting rooms, a gym, and a nice outdoor pool. Friendly staff that shows you everything and makes you feel welcome. A bit too business-like for our taste and the breakfast was not very good.

the room is spacious and super large bed. The wall painting is so cute. The staff is nice and easy to check-in and out. There are convinience machine at the lobby. Also, our floor has the common room for heating foods or chilling space for before go to bed. Location is about 20-30 mins from Suwannabhumi Airport. When I opened the room, the smell of color or the renovate furniture were still strong. I just waited for the air con to blow some air, so it can reduce the smell. Also, the guard at the entrance should improve the explaination about the parking ticket cause it was so confused when we received the ticket but no one told us that it needed to do the stamp.
