I didn't like that the pool was not available, that I had to pay 200 baht in a shared airport shuttle, that the bathroom was very old and that the mini-fridge was empty. I also didn't like that girls from the Thai/American breakfast area who seemed to be in a diferent dimension and looking "through" you like you were not there - one of them in particular seemed actually annoyed that I am present there. I had to specifically ask for : bread (empty basket), orange juice (empty bottle), napkins (a single box grab-on available at front desk. Omlette was good ?. Gave the hotel a higher score than deserved for the complementary breakfast (probably make-up for the pool unavailability) and the nice smiles and good atmosphere at check-in.

Nothing Definitely wouldn’t stay here again. Paid for a king but was giving a double room. They charged me 200 baht for a new towel. I had a very small food stain (curry) on the towel because I was cleaning my mess. The towel was already worn and dingy and now you’re charging me for the price of a new towel.

Very clean, very friendly and helpful staff. The room was very nice with good amenities. It would’ve been nice to hang things out to dry on the rack that was provided on the patio. Unfortunately, they mounted this rack directly underneath the air conditioner, so it gets condensation from the air conditioner dripping on your clothes.

Close to the airport with low price. The whole hotel building was confusing with different lobbies etc. There were no view from the room window. The room echoed a lot and the bed was pretty uncomfortable. Still everything was acceptable when comparing to the room rate.

Only 20min from the airport and rooms are bigger than expected. It’s clean and tidy for this price point and they have vending machines, coin laundry and a place to print. 200 THB airport shuttle service if you prebook. Very good value plus 711 and massage places are only 2min walk. Great stopover near the airport.

If they give the slippers for use in room it is more better and comfortable. Without slippers walking on floor is uncomfortable for me.

The reception staff are the first people most of us see when checking in and I think it gives the first impression of what the hotel will be like, so first impression was great, the 2 girls were smiling and very polite, no problem with anything I wanted to know, I went up to my room and that was great too, nice and clean, a lovely comfy bed and a great shower too, the next morning we went down to breakfast to be greeted by a lovely young smiling girl who took our order and about 5 minutes later it came, that was also very nice with a choice of thai or American breakfasts, outside the hotel there are lots of lovely little places to eat and have a quiet drink, I'd definitely recommend this hotel if you are using suvanabhumi airport as it's only 15 mins in a taxi, a great hotel with great staff.
