They really take advantage of the tourists. They forced me to rent a suite and extra room. I have 2 daughters 13 and 10years old. The suite was more than enough with a Cal king bed and a side sofa bed. The suite has an additional room with its own bathroom and another sofa bed. More than enough space for 4 but they did not allow us to just get the suite we had to rent an additional room. The extra room in our suite was untouched. Totally a waste of money. No consideration for the tourists.

They had building work going on so lots of noise and dust, didn't really bother me because I work in construction and know these things need to be done, but may upset others

The beds here were comfortable. The staff was excellent all around. The restaurant had good food and was convenient. The bathrooms are on the small side but adequate. The new pool area was under construction but I can only imagine it will be awesome once completed.

Modern style, great reception area, friendly staff. Coffee bar serving sone light food options and restaurant on site. Great covered patio for chilling, coffee or working. Filtered water bottle on each floor a big plus! A little bit out if the way but not really a problem.

Loved the facility! Beautiful hotel that felt like luxury to me. HUGE bed with a lot of pillows and extremely comfy. Towels were fluffy and huge. Robes, slippers, safe, mini fridge. I love the effort to save plastic w/a pitcher provided and water dispenser at the end of hall to refill the water bottles if we would like. Pool was clean w/large towels provided. Location was not walkable for me, as I am not used to such busy roads. It didn't see like there was much within walking distance, but Grabs are readily available and there is a 7/11 right next door. The staff was top-notch -- shout out to M at the front desk -- helpful and quickly responsive. Lack of easy for walking and no close restaurants, shopping.

Totally nothing Room was so small, bathroom is very small and very old, heater type is very old and not working, location in very old and local place, stuff was not helping at all, break fast was so poor, I don’t have this is 5 starts hotel, it can’t be even 2 stars

Being in a non maintained property with no decent place to eat or even a 7.11.

Nothing halal around hotel. Too much far away from Bangkok main city area.

We liked the ambience of the hotel and the staff was helpful Size of the room and the view was not satisfactory

The facilities were overall good. Generally the staff were polite, but the staff in the coffee shop/informal restaurant we're not very attentive. The Thai food was excellent. The pool was a lot smaller than the online photos depicted, but nevertheless it was good and very clean. Breakfast was not very nice, with limited options which you could only have on order. The western breakfast was particularly bad.

Actually nothing Staff do not speak English and when give the something to keep they don’t tell their colleagues about it especially when you are checking out. It is useless hotel.

Nothing Location is bad. Far from public transport and everywhere. Should have chosen a hotel near Mochit. Near grab bike everytime to go to Bearing metro too.
