Siam Mandarina Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport Hotel (Free Shuttle)

The shuttle service and location makes it ideal for access to the airport I don’t think our triple room was originally designed as a triple room. Moving between the beds and the wall was a nightmare.

Everything was comfortable. Nice to have shuttle from the airport. Wonderful breakfast. Max and all the staff were extremely helpful and professional before and during our stay

Hotel staff was exceptionally well organized and friendly. If you reserve the shuttle in advance, then Max, the friendly and super-helpful front office manager will send you the details via WhatsApp so you will have no problem finding the pickup location. The airport shuttle takes only 5-10 minutes from the airport and was an easy ride. Booking the breakfast buffet is highly recommended. It features a great range of items, from english style, continental, a nice selection of fresh fruit, to cooked dishes with chicken, rice and veggies. The room felt quite large with views over the city and the bathroom had a combined full bath and a shower. Great value for price.

The lobby and 24 hr restaurant were very nice The room was a little worn down and needed simple repairs. The beds were uncomfortable.

We had an excellent stay at the Siam Mandarina, The rooms are spacious, spotless and very comfortable, and the hotel itself is large, convenient and located very close to the airport. The breakfast schedule is especially useful for travellers, as it is served from 4:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. The swimming pool is fantastic, whether you want to recover after a long flight or relax before beginning a long journey home. The entire staff was extremely friendly and helpful, but we would like to make a special mention of Max. From the moment we made the reservation, he made sure we had everything we needed. He coordinated our airport pickup, arranged the best possible room so it was ready when we arrived, and followed up throughout our stay with a level of care and attention worthy of the very best hotels. Someone like Max truly makes the difference between a good hotel and an exceptional one. We will definitely stay here again the next time we travel through Bangkok. Breakfast could have lasted until 11

Breakfast (although not included) was delicious with a lot of variety of foods. We spent triple at Siam Mandarina than what we spent in other places around Thailand for the same if not more amenities than this hotel had to offer (i.e., room size, breakfast included, location, etc.). The ONLY reason we stayed here was location to the airport.

Having breakfast at earlier times was really helpful. The free shuttle was an advantage.
