I booked the hotel and received an email confirmation about my stay. I also received the text confirmation with the address telling me I can check in at any time. I gave my approximate arrival time (it was very late around 1am). I show up and I can’t figure out which “house” is the correct one so I text the number emailed to me (it said to text or call this person). No response. So I called. Multiple times. No response. I waited an hour outside in the pitch black dark on a sketchy street with no response. Had no way of getting in to wherever I was supposed to stay. Not only that, but 10+ dogs were all “guarding” that area of the street. They chased me away and wouldn’t leave me alone following me and barking all at once until I was down at the opposite end of the street hiding behind a car so they couldn’t see me. As soon as u came into sight the crazy barking would start again. All 10+ of them at once! Anyways I had to call a grab which took forever to find because there were none nearby in this deserted area and I emailed the hotel hoping to get a refund and they never responded. It’s been 2 days! Very unhappy

The rooms where exceptional for the price Location you need transport or be willing to use grab or motorcycle taxi to go anywhere But there is an exceptional food market within a couple of minutes walk Where you can buy a meal for about a $1 Great if your on a budget
