- Staff were friendly and polite. - The room was not clean upon arrival. The bed had visible hair on the sheets and multiple dirty spots on the mattress,which was very off-putting. - When I complained to reception, they offered me another room, but it was the same category and had the same cleanliness issues. - Since I arrived late at night and had an early morning flight, I didn't have time to look for another hotel. I had to cover the bed with my own clothes just to sleep. - There was a significant language barrier, as the staff barely spoke English, which made communication difficult.

Very close to the airport. Water was hot and AC worked well. They let us borrow a scale for weighing our luggage and let us store our luggage there after checkout as our flight was a late one. Just a block away from a 7-eleven and a Lotus grocery store. There is an elevator, but it stops between floors, so you still have to drag luggage up or down a short flight of stairs.

"Disappointing Stay – Poor Service Money value is only for location I recently stayed at your hotel and wanted to share some concerns regarding my experience: Cleanliness: The room was extremely dusty, and there were unpleasant odors, making the stay uncomfortable. Staff Service: The staff seemed untrained in guest services. They did not assist with carrying bags, nor did they provide clear information about the lift location (1st floor vs. ground floor). Billing & Payment: VAT was charged separately during card payment, but I was not informed of the exact amount before the transaction, which was inconvenient. Room Lighting: The room lighting was very dim, making it difficult to see properly. Guest Welcome: Overall, the reception and staff did not provide a warm or welcoming experience. I hope you take this feedback seriously to improve service quality for future guests.

Conveniently close to the airport. Room was spacious and had a nice balcony. Staff were very kind and helpful with navigating the city. Decor/lobby was pleasant and they gave you water each day. There was also a nice shaded sitting area outside to sit. mini split air conditioner only had one level and if not I might have kept the room a little bit cooler.

We really liked this little hotel.. right by the airport. I’m sure others would magbe rank it a bit lower on the scale.. it’s basic and a little tired.. but it aas pedfect fir us for a landing spot. The temperature was really hot during our stay and the air-con was just not keeping up. We usually don’t even use air -con.. so this was really an scxeptional heat magbe.

It was close to the airport. The facilities were nice. Legit just needed a room to sleep for the night and it did its job. Was a little dirty but fine for what we needed it for.
