I liked almost everything about that place.

The pool wasn’t climitazed and made it hard to get in cold water. The water in the shower would come either really hot or really cold randomly. The location is good, about a 30 min walk to the end of downtown.

We really enjoyed breakfast every day, the variety and choices of Columbia food was outstanding. No complaints.

The view of the room. With the exception of the manger, the staff treat your very nastily. They seem to be glad if they don't' help you in anything. They only want to see if you are wearing a stupid wristband.

Great location next to the main beach. The stuff was really good, especially Kelly :) The room was simple and the price was not very low for out season booking.

Shower is terrible either you get cold water or hot water . Never can get warm water it take long time to take shower because you spend most your time trying to adjust the water to right temperature but never will get there. Breakfast under average.

The location is very central. 3 minutes from the airport so if you like watching aviation it's an added bonus. If you don't like loud noises be prepared to deal with a loud take-off about once an hour or so. I personally loved it. The housekeeping services are impeccable especially in an area that is constantly covered in sand. The staff are friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate whenever possible. The elevator to level 3 was not functioning properly and we were staying with my grandmother who at 90 years old had some trouble on the stairs.

We only stayed for 1 night as we moved on to Providencia the next morning. For that purpose the hotel was very convenient located close to the airport. Very clean spacious rooms with large king size bed, good airconditioning, kitchenette and small but good bathroom. Breakfast was good. For us it was fine for one night. But to stay longer: the place did not really have a nice atmosphere. It was efficient but lacked soul. Then again, we did not like the vibe of San Andres anyhow. So maybe it was us.

The breakfast was good and the wait staff was very kind. Also the housekeepers were kind and smiled. The room was good...the air conditioning was just right. The girl at the desk didn't smile and was cool. She made me feel like I was bothering her.

the location is excellent; not far from the downtown; quiet and ideal to have a good rest .. away from the noise and the loud music form the downtown. the no noise policy ; no speakers in the hotel .. make it peaceful the staff; is gentle; happy to help you. I would like to thank Vicky; thanks for her help the pool schedules; closing the pool at 19:00 it is too early.

The staff are wonderful, kind, attentive. Everything we did for the hotel worked. We loved everything and hope to be back soon.
