This place is a gem! Great reviews, clean, friendly staff very nice. My original room had a bad smell from the AC so they changed my room immediately and upgraded my room! I went out late at night and returned late and there was someone there to let me in even very late. The room was very nice, comfortable bed, clean linens and very nice pillows. I was very impressed with this hotel! Its nott that close to the downtown area but thats what I was looking for. Its close to the airport but it wasn't a problem for me. I highly recommend! Nothing! Everything was exceptional!

The only thing I didn't like was having to carry a big suitcase up 3 flights of stairs.

Cosy. Small The staff overcharged us and it took a month of endless communication to get a refund that was less than what was mistakenly taken . Staff were amazingly slow about all this Also the location was all wrong. No swimmable beach nearby and you have to walk for 20 minutes along the airport road to get to a crowded town beach .

Our room was very clean and super comfortable bed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool was very small and disappointed in breakfast, i was expecting more. Also a bit far from the downtown area.

Beds are comfortable. Almost compatible with the price. Walking distance to city center, but is not a pleasant walk. I stayed 3 days. One day, no water. Another day, no hot water. Shower has no pressure. Room is very small. For the price, at least they should have a nice bed side lamp. Breakfast is minimum. They have like 5 options to choose from but the portion is VERY small and if you want a second one, you have to pay almost 10 USD for it. For the price they advertise the room, it is really not worth it. I paid last minute 50% off (or at least it was advertised like that). For 50%, it is almost not worth it. But I am rating as if I paid full price (it is how much they believe they are worth)

Facilities, breakfast, and staff. For me, it wasn’t an issue, so I am giving this opinion regarding what others might think: it’s 10-minute-long walk to the beach, but you can take a cab. Again, for me, it wasn’t a big deal.

Trying to find something but nothing comes up on my mind except the really helpful manager/owner that works at the front desk The location was far from everything , the rooms that I got on the ground floor with no view at all , the humidity in the rooms , the pool ( that I think they got it only for the photos ) The breakfast was poor , the price is way too expensive for what it offers but in defense i think the whole island is like this …

As other reviewers have mentioned, the breakfast is amazing. There is coffee available by 7:00 even though breakfast only starts at 7:30. Bed was very comfortable and the overall vibe and upkeep of the hotel are great. Other guests were quiet and respectful. Rebeca (manager) has lots of good suggestions for activities and restaurants, and there's a small grocery store two doors away While there aren't that many flights, the hotel is very close to the airport. It's also about a 20 minute walk to the main area for restaurants and the beach. Hot water and water pressure were also a bit of an issue. Not deal breakers but to keep in mind if that's a thing for you.

The hygiene, the personal approach and understanding when I became ill with stomach flu, we had also fled from another hotel because the hygiene was not in good, fortunately we were able to check in this hotel in the evening and were immediately well received! Nothing

The rooms were modern and had everything. The location was off from the main centre, which was a good thing. It’s a flat easy walk to the restaurants. The breakfast is on the top floor and mainly windows. It can be very hot.
