Beautiful hotel!!! Love it size, rooms, location is unique, receptionist so helpful and always with a smile! Restaurant… excellent service, breakfast!! I always would go back and stay there!! Couldn’t tell!

It’s an expensive.

The location is good, near to the Airport. No taxi needed. Breakfast very good tasty delicious. Swimming pool was ok, and jacuzzi included, but difficult to get reservation View from the balcony Staff very calm but for a 4 star hotel should. be more trained to give a better reception. The view from the beach looks different on the picture than in reality. No private area for the Beach The bar could be better there is not a reason to stay in the hotel. For a 4 stars hotel I expected way more, also for the price that was requested. I could've find something cheaper with similar advantages.

The room wasn’t clean, and the breakfast didn’t like it.

Hot water for shower and from the bathroom sink, quiet place (i stayed in a room in the opposite side of the street, so I could sleep pretty well, and also because the windows are soundproof), very clean and refurbished (great!), they really care about the clients. It is in front of spratt beach (this beach is awesome!). Air conditioning makes clicks that may be annoying.

Excellent place had a nice pool and the breakfast was amazing which it changed everyday my room had a bad odor looks like the toilet were backed up and it’s normal because it’s an island

The location just in front of Spratt Bight beach is awesome. The hotel & room was always super clean and fresh. The staff was also great. There is super loud music on the street just below the hotel until late hours, we didn't mind it but it might bother some people. The breakfast is a big area of improvement, there is variety but the quality of the food provided is pretty low. There was another hotel option for around the same amount of money that looked better.

First reception was not so polite. After that attention was great.

Exceptional

The hotel is perfectly located right across from the beach and directly on the strip. There are plenty of shops and a wide variety of places to eat nearby. During my last visit, the cleaning crew did a great job keeping the room and hotel spotless. However, this time, the floors could’ve used more attention, and the pool area needed better cleaning—especially to remove the sand. Some of the appliances felt outdated, and the shower could use stronger water pressure and hotter water.

The bathroom was tiny and no fan.

Amazing

The staff was excellent and extremely helpful. The location is great, very walkable next to good restaurants and right across the water from the beach. Room was clean, beds were really comfortable and the AC nice and cold. The free breakfast was nice. The shower had very little pressure, which we understand since the water in the island is very limited. The showerhead can be better though. Being next to the beach also means you will hear all the noise from the boardwalk, so keep that in mind if you are a light sleeper and bring ear plugs and/or sound machine with you.

Superb

Because of Jessi and Marta from the front desk we give the hotel 4 points, they were very attentive ,friendly and helped us. At least we got our money back from the nights we canceled. Was so disappointing that we changed to another hotel after 1 night. We didn't have hot water in the shower and that's apparently a known problem from the second floor of the hotel. Breakfast was terrible. Room was a 2 star hotel room. In general not at all what you expect from a 4 star hotel!

The hotel is located right in front of the beach and its 10minutes walking from the airport. This is not a 4 star hotel. The second floor has no hot water. They know it but wait for you to complain about it. We moved out to another hotel and they made a refund of the remaining nights. We ditn't like the interior design, the beds, the breakfast, and there was also a kids school outside of our window.
