Location time for Breakfast

Nothing I was in a room without window!. This is the first time in my life that I pay 250 dolars for a room without windows and despite my claim nothing was done. The breakfast is very basic, bad quality coffee and food. The soap given was horrible (see pictures), we had to buy soap in the supermarket. This hotel does not deserves 4 stars, it is barely 3.

The staff was very helpful and attentive The facilities are very old, the rooms are not well maintained. You need to book before using the gym and the opening hours of the swimming pool are quite limited.

Nothing I am deeply disappointed with my recent experience, which unfortunately will likely be my last time using your service. I booked the hotel with specific amenities in mind, including access to the pool, which was listed as available when I made the reservation and when I paid. However, upon arrival, I was informed that the amenities were unavailable due to maintenance. The app and the receptionist both confirmed that the pool would be accessible between 12:00 and 18:00. After leaving our luggage, we were suddenly informed that none of the amenities, including the pool, would be available. This was particularly frustrating as I had canceled two other bookings specifically to ensure my son and elderly father could enjoy the pool on our last day. My son was extremely disappointed, and the entire experience left us feeling let down. To make matters worse, when I tried to address the issue, the receptionist abruptly left without offering any solutions, and I was told that the manager had no time to attend to guests. This level of service was disheartening, and the lack of resolution made it even more frustrating. I have lost confidence in Booking.com's filters and descriptions, as they did not reflect the reality of our experience. Moving forward, I will be cautious in relying on your platform, as it has proven to be unreliable in this instance.

Cleanliness Breakfast is a « buffet » mess. Feels like you are in a military queue where you are served a « specific » amount of food once only and after you give your room number 2 times to different people. Not very enjoyable experience, nor particularly tasty breakfast.

The sewage smell, if you stain the towels or sheets with anything they will charge you. So many ridiculous stuff they tell you, you want to leave the place as soon as you hear all these stupidities

The Internet was not so good. As soon as we get in the bedroom we notice that the bathroom exhaust fan was not working and we reported the issue to the reception. They never came to fix it.
