Nothing to like. Everything. Maintenance is worst. Interiors are in very very bad situation. No hot water for bath. Hand wash water is sea water which is salty.

Beautiful older big hotel. Nice pool. Beautiful architecture. Room had a nice balcony Close to city centre by taking the local bus. Undergoing some renovations. Had to order out for food for dinner a few nights ago but the owners did help us. Just know that this area of the island has a lot of volcanic rock. The best beaches are 8 minutes drive down towards the city centre

Spotty internet: sometimes none at all. Problems with hot water in our room ( there was none)

The location is supposed to be beachfront but the nearest usuable beach is about 3km away and would require us to catch a bus or pay for a taxi to get anywhere into town or go to the beach.

I loved everything. Good breakfast, room very nice and clean. Mrs Patricia and her husband were very kind and sweet. Gracias por todo. Un plaser.

Exellent service, señora Patricia and het husband are extremelly helpfull ,property is very Clean and Platton his wife and Georgi the Cat are the cuttest pets ...l will defenitly come back

Very maintained and relaxing I love the property because it was right in front of the ocean easy to go to the beach. Go downtown shopping great experience.

Breakfast was fine Nothing

The hosts are exceptional! Mr. Fernando is an amazing cook and you will not forget his culinary skills at breakfast. There are two dogs and a beautiful cat that entertain you all the time. Patricia is always helpful and accommodating. Highly recommended!

Clean, huge, pool, and great location

Patricia & Fernando were EXCEPTIONAL! Room was somewhat noisy. Wifi was off and on (mostly off) - had to work in the lobby at times. Did not like that I had to be let in and out of the hotel. Guests did not have keys or cards to enter the premises.

Exceptional

We found the owners very helpful (though they did not speak English as indicated). They helped us organise taxis, buses and hire vehicles. It avoids the noise of the town. It's a long walk into town so transport is always required to get anywhere. But if you are ok with that then the location is ok and worked for us. It's on the coast road, but there is no beach....which I knew. The decor and set up are tired and in need of upgrading, though some work is evidently going on at the property - more sunset than paradise. The breakfast was quirky - a continental option would be good.

breakfast was not good.first day slice packaged cheese and cold meat way over cooked eggs.Second breakfast was a slice of pizza.coffee was good.No secure parking, our rental had all the gas siphoned during the night.Have to ring door bell every time you enter or leave property.Dogs are nice but bark to much..Everybody was very nice, but sometimes that is not enough.Staying at another place same price but with none of the above problems.

The owners gave us good recommendations for things to do on the island. The pool wasnt clean, there was noise from construction in the house. The wifi was good but when l had to work there was a power outage :(
