The location was excellent. The staff was really nice. As a kid, I would’ve loved the pool and games available — we didn’t use them, but it looked fun. The TV/internet worked well. There was a lot of hair (not just a single hair but several long black hairs from the previous woman that stayed in the room) on the shower wall. There were only 3 pillows rather than 4 on the bed & the bed itself was pretty soft and seemed really cheap. The building itself just looks run down. Our curtain also had a burn hole (?) in it. Overall, I just think the price was not worth it.

Pros 1. Staff was very nice and helpful 2. Location to the downtown region 3. Nice enclosed pool area, especially for families with younger children Cons: 1. When we checked in we were given an outdoor entrance room (like a motel), which is what we payed for. Unfortunately the location of the room behind the hotel was very sketchy looking. There is a separate white building as part of the hotel which is behind the hotel as well, and it looks very run down. We spoke with the manager about our concerns, and he was able to place us in a room on the interior (more like a hotel vs the motel look on the outside rooms, so appreciated him working with us 2. Breakfast on Sunday was very good ( waffle, eggs, sausage,…) and looked forward to similar experience the rest of the week, but disappointed they served the exact same items day after day (items to make a breakfast burrito). Would be nice to have the waffle maker out for variety, along with an assorted fruits, and some muffins or danishes (only had sliced bread and small bagels). The staff that work the breakfast were also very nice and friendly. 3. Planned to do laundry while there during the week. They have 2 washers and dryers, however both washers were not working. From the looks of it, they had been down for a while. The staff didn’t give any indication they were going to be fixed anytime soon. I ended up going to a local laundromat.

It was comfortable, clean and relaxed. The only thing was, the breakfast. We came in a little past 8:00 and most of the food trays were empty, the little food that was there was very cold. No coffee.

We stayed in the outside room the first night & wasn’t very pleased but the manager let us move inside the second night & we were very pleased with everything. Every staff member was very polite & accommodating! The bath tub needed work but other than that no complaints!

The room was clean but it is a very old building and needs a good remodeling. Everyone was super helpful and it was a peaceful stay. It had a cool vibe with the game room and indoor pool.

We loved the playground close to our room and the pool as well. We didn’t feel as if we were confined to the room or having to head out. A little outdated but I still liked it especially the suite we stayed in.

The pool and atrium were great only reason we came but the overall room will prob make us not return Room was discusting. Carpets were VERY DIRTY! room smelled like bug spray. One of our travel mates found a bed bug we learned about around 1030 so we were worried the whole time about that. Doubt we will come back

Rooms need an upgrade, doors and ceiling were in bad shape, beds really disconfortable

Really clean room and hotel over all smelt super good and was overall a great experience. We really enjoyed the hotel stay. Some of the games are outdated and didn’t work but it was still nice

Wonderful place to stay

Bar and food were good, bartender very pleasant Run down older motel.

Room was very clean and staff was very friendly and helpful.

The more people stay, the more they can update. The rooms and exterior are very old but clearly they are trying. I only went inside the hotel to speak to staff and use the microwave. It seemed families liked the many indoor amenities which is awesome. Good staff, I came into contact with about 8 of them and all were friendly. We stayed two night, we had to extend our stay due to truck issues but the hotel was extremely accommodating.

Exceptional

This place was great. The rooms were pretty standard but very clean and the amenities on property were great. The front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. Shout out to the lovely woman working the restaurant/bar.

Nothing Lots of bugs in rooms and our door wouldn’t work ,water pressure was so bad very little water coming out the shower had to go shower somewhere else
