Soon as we walked in room there was a roach on the window then we found a roach on table no towels we had 3 total that included for pool and shower staff was rude as fawk I asked for down stairs due to me being handicapped she put me on second floor then there's a weird man just watching you would NOT STAY HERE THE SHOWER IS FULL OF MOE more roaches behind refrigerator and the sheets covers stunk were DIRTY we all know they don't wash all the blankets and it was very noticeable

The room is big and clean , but the carpet is old and the bathroom needs maintenance , especially the bath tub .

I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay there The service was horrible and the night clerk was absolutely rude.

The stay was very hard on my friend, which made it hard on me. I did not receive clear instructions on where our room was located and had to ask a cleaning lady. She clearly did not know. I went back to the front desk, and rather than try to help me locate the room, he was ready to give me a different room. I noticed a map of the rooms on the desk, so I figured it out while he was searching for another room. The room was not kept well. The TV picture was bad. No Coffee offered. The whole experience was unpleasant.

Clean room, good air, mediocre front desk.

Non-smoking room smelt like smokers had smoked in that room! Awful! Chairs were stained and disgusting. Afraid to sit in. Remote control was missing the right part of the volume button to increase the volume. Horrible! Ended up checking out checking in a couple of hours. Complained to front desk and he didn't seem to care. Other than try to get me another room which by this point I had had enough and was ready to pay extra for better accommodations. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. UGH! DISGUSTING.

The room was pretty shabby - painting peeling off the wall and rusted-out sink and tub.

Room leaked water and had to move. Decent room for a good price.

The room was clean except for the carpet it looked like it was there for along time stains just looked nasty

The rooms smells very bad and the maintenance of the rooms is very poor.

The room we got was a handicapped room which was not for anyone with a handicap. Tub and shower has rusted out spots. Tub was very slippery no traction whatsoever. I first hit my head on a tall soap dish and swelled up my eye. Also while in shower I slipped and fell. I brought it to the attention of the front desk what happened and he stated they get complaints all the time about the rooms need to be updated. Front desk said old me the property owner will not make upgrades. I won’t be staying her and will not recommend it.

Stairs, and the fact that knowing we had a reservation the air was not turned on and the room felt like 120 degrees when we arrived

I just think the carpet could be less sticky

No power in half of the room

The fact I asked for the breaker to be flipped so I had electric but they did nothing

Good food in the restaurant Good price

It was clean I did not have power only one light and one plug worked

Right when I walked into my room it’s smelt old and musty. The bathtub had several hairs in it. The toilet didn’t flush. You get what you pay for. I will never stay again.
