Extremely friendly staff and amazing location for relaxing.

We booked this place because my partner previously stayed in the same place and loved it. It is such a nice B&B, staff were lovely and accommodating. They also have really good food in their restaurant. Although the rooms were a bit old, feels like staying in a chamber of a castle. Still, it's a nice and wonderful experience.

Located on a roadside which meant traffic heard through the night. Breakfast was lovely and staff great Whilst we stayed restaurant not open which meant having to go to either of the two other restaurants in town, which become busy as a result

We stayed during the winter for three nights (so very off peak for this hotel) but found the staff warm and welcoming! The New Year’s dinner was simply amazing, Rachel and her team made this family holiday very special for us, although rooms are basic they are clean, a typical older style hotel but boasting a warm and excellent restaurant and great service. The heating worked well in the rooms, the views were great of the valley below and it was extremely good value for money. Slightly dated decor but we knew this before we arrived.

What an amazing gem this hotel is, the location, the staff, the view. Absolute highlight of our trip. Everybody was so accommondating, upgrading the room was no problem at all. Will definitely come back. Thank you again so much. Lot’s of stairs, so not ideal for everyone, we didn’t mind.

We love this place. We feel so welcomed and taken cared of. This was our second stay and they have done some upgrades to the facilities. Other than that, everything was just as perfect as the firat time! Don’t miss the out on the restaurant, it’s fantastic!
