The great swimming pool, the tennis table, the beautiful garden, the kindness and professionalism of the staff, the free parking, the location, it's dog friendly. The cleanliness was very borderline in our bathroom. The bathrooms need to be refurbished: it's old, cheap, the shower was tiny and it's all falling apart.

Awesome staff, everyone very kind and welcoming. The girl making the pastries in the morning is fantastic, awesome cakes and she made sure not to use hazelnuts during pur stay as out daighter is allergic. Rooms were very modern and comfortable. Nice pool We will definetely come back here next time we come to San Benedetto del Tronto.

Location was ideal, 1 street back from the promenade, literally 1 minute walk from the gate. Facilities were spot on, a little dated but can’t complain as everything was clean and the staff were very welcoming and polite. Food was good. Breakfast was traditional and plentiful, lunch we didn’t have but looked good, but the evening g meal for us was the highlight. Daily dishes changed and the selection was local/regional and all freshly prepared. My pasta dish was very good but I was jealous if my son as his Marchegiana chicken was exceptional. Really nice. Few bits in the room were a bit broken or dated but it didn’t affect our enjoyment. Cupboard doors wonky and not closing properly, sidelight by bed was intermittent and the shower tray didn’t Marty up with the curtain so water got everywhere.
