Very helpful and friendly owner. Wonderful homemade cakes for breakfast with delicious coffee. Excellent clean and beautiful room with the issue important for women :) - hairdryer. Very close (5-7 walking) to a sandy beach and a palm tree promenade. Thanks you for making by Easter time so nice! -

The staff were very friendly and kind, and breakfast was big and good, with some homemade products. The room is clean. The room looked a bit old and dark, and as it was in the low level and in a street with a lot of traffic, it was very noisy if you opened the window... It's difficult to park the car nearby.

The breakfast was lovely, Toast, ham, cheese and home made cake. SAN Brnedett lovely seaside town. Although an allocated parking space across the road, too small to park van,, so parking was a nightmare. The B&B was located on a busy road junction so lots of traffic noise

Unfortunately once obviously stylish room now needs urgent renovation, especially in the shower with black mold and at the kitchenette that smells badly and looks very "tired". I stayed here at the end of September and there were loads of mosquitos that could be easily held out with anti-mosquito net at the windows but there wasn't any. Breakfast was not always served as promised: it was announced from 8 to 10 o'clock in the morning but on Sunday they only started preparations at about 8:30 which left me without breakfast (no notification about this change of schedule was given). The price was not too high though, so for this price it's ok as a place to stay for a few days.

Rossana the owner and her daughter were so welcoming and made us feel at home...breakfast was wonderful with homemade cakes by the owner The pillows need to be replaced for new ones....

The sweet Italian breakfast with homemade cakes, the room was cleaned every day, the towels were changed and 2 little water bottles were preparered in the room. Impossible to sleep with the open window because of the noisy street.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really nice--especially the coffee. The location was perfect for my needs as it was close to a lovely beach and the central downtown area. Bikes were available if I wanted. I was very pleased with my stay.
