in the reservation we were promised free Wi-Fi and air conditioning, but there was no Wi-Fi and the air conditioner did not work. we slept with the window open and were terribly bitten by mosquitoes. the noise of the train outside the window was also terribly disturbing. it is not possible to explain something because the staff does not understand English.
