It is in a wonderful location. Beautiful views. The garden and the surroundings are breathtaking. The rooms and bathrooms are meticulously designed. Clean to the max. The bathroom is spacious, comfortable. The bed is comfortable. The common dining room is beautifully furnished, with attention to everything. The owners are extremely kind and friendly. The breakfast is prepared with their own hands. We would love to return!

Spectacular location on the quiet hillside overlooking the port of San Benedetto. Excellent breakfast with home-baked treats daily. helpful and gracious hosts. I f google maps tell you to go DOWN Contrada de Santa Licia, DON’T, unless you have a 4WD Jeep. Go UP the short paved access from below.

The property is a very nice house surrounded with olive and fruit trees on the hill overlooking to the sea. From our room we had an open view to the sea! As well as from the balcony where we spent a lot of relaxing time. The owners are really nice. Angelica gave us many tips of local events in the surrounding small villages. The breakfast was excellent with home made pastries, fruit and of course excellent coffee. The fridge in the room is very important so you could enjoy a nice cold beer on the balcony.

Very good room, very clean. The owners are very friendly. Good breakfast, good location close to the center and in the hills, then very calm to sleep Good view from the house on the sea Winter ! The view on the sea was a little foggy…

We really loved the view from the villa. We were up on the mountain and smack dab in an olive grove. It was fascinating because the family happened to be harvesting olives the next morning and we were able to watch them and ask any questions. So a cool insider experience. The hostess was lovely and the breakfast was delicious. Not something we didn't like but a few things we wanted to mention: This is a cash only place. We did not see that readily on the listing. It's under the payment expectations but we were caught off guard when we got to the property. Also, the small twin bed is elevated quite high that a stool needs to be used (they provided) to get into the bed. Just a heads up for those who may not be as agile.
