The place is small parking lot and there are no hot water so I can't take a shower

.Nothing The room smelled like smoke. In a non-smoking room. The receptionist gave me spray. He actually was nice but The Manger the nextmorning was unbelievably rude and didn't care about nothing I said. The towels were stained, the sheets had burn holes and also the curtains. She said if I didn't like the room I should have left. Charged me 5.00. For a key card. I explained to her I left my key in the room. She said she didn't care.I asked her name. She said I dont need it. I asked for cooperate She told me to Google it. At some point she said she would refund me the 2nd night. I went to open my door and look for a room. Came back to the office 15 min later with everything packed and she said I took too long. Then lied to customer service. I literally had to buy sheets blankets and towels. I will post pics. This manager lady was rudest I have EVER ENCOUNTERED. An imagine I was here to bury my father.. this was the worst day ever. Too think I was going to let it all go thinking life was too short but no. This was extremely to much!!

Worst experience ever to begin with pool was closed then the room was INFESTED with roaches I had booked 2 night stay has to leave after night one couldn’t even sleep to see the roaches crawling everywhere.

I only like the price of the room the staff was nice. I didn't like how it's bug infested. I didn't like how you have to pay for your own ice and drinks.They only offer free coffee.The machine was broke the majority of the time I was there

The pool is closed. I’m being renovated and when we booked it for a convention, they said nothing to us about the pool being down and when we said something to check-in, they lied and said they had had a notice on their website. We would 100% have stayed somewhere else during this beautiful weather so we could’ve used a pool. They informed us for $40 a day we could get a pool pass. With the room being $120 a night an extra $40 for a pool pass seems ridiculous.
