The shared bathroom needs a renovation as everything was falling apart but at least there were no problems with hot water

The staff was very attentive and friendly. The included breakfast is good, even if it’s just fruit, granola, and bread. It’s ideal if you just need a place to sleep, as the location is very close to the city center. We just arrived and had a problem with the sink. It had been fixed, but not completely, and water was leaking. We reported it and it was fixed that same afternoon. We also didn’t have hot water for one day, but it was fixed the next day.

Simple rooms, but have everything you need. Great food, great daily menu! Very reasonable price! Great location. -

Very comfortable and cozy bed! Lovely breakfast and super kind and helpful staff. The location was close to cool local restaurants. Nice outdoor seating area and cute setup. We already rebooked for our return trip :) The walls are a bit thin for noise.

The location is central Dirty, noisy and unclean shared bathroom

i like it because it was cozy maybe the location, it was a bit far from the downtown

super nice staff, good location and cozy vibe. They own a cat and it was the cutest thing, but if you have cat allergy, maybe not for you. we went by the time of the Guadalupe's celebrations and we were woken up by marathonists everyday

Absolutely loved it. Clean and cozy private room, tasty breakfast, lovely staff. They allowed me to self check-in since I arrived late at night and I could use the common space and shower even late in the evening after my check out. Great value for money.

The position is close both to center and bus station. The bed was not comfortable and the room very small.

The service

Location good near bus terminal, staff good , room basic, clean and tidy. Breakfast a bonus. Good price for private room, but not so good if like me single, paying for double room, but no different any were else. When it rains being like chalet type accomodation (all rooms on ground floor) because some off the rooms are in the open you may find yourself getting wet going to bathroom and hope no one is in when you get there This is just a minor problem, but I had heavy rain all 3 days I was there.

It was beautifully decorated and really comfy. We had the private bathroom room which was great. The owners of the place were so nice and were kind enough to include breakfast which was small but delicious. Overall highly recommend this place
