It’s a beautiful and stylish place in the heart of San Cristóbal de las Casas. The staff was always kind and helpful. Great people. The room was very spacious and the design was colorful and elegant.

Lovely hotel, great rooms and a decent shower

A charming boutique hotel tucked away in a quiet corner of San Cristóbal de las Casas. It’s within walking distance of all the exciting attractions in town, yet far enough from the hustle and bustle to ensure a peaceful night’s sleep after a lively evening out

Beautiful property, very clean, friendly staff and free water top up. Easy enough to park on streets nearby (though narrow directly outside hotel), plus hotel offers a parking voucher for a nearby car park if preferred. For no obvious reason, the area / room was particularly noisy at night (though not the same at day) - several loud bangs (we still don't know what caused them) and the sound of people talking early in the morning near our room (possibly other guests) was a bit disruptive. The beds were pretty hard, even by Mexican standards.

Only one block from a pedestrian-only street that takes you to the nearby Zócalo and vendor markets. Rooms face a patio. It was restful to open the double window and enjoy the quiet ambiance.

Perfect hotel in the heart of San Cristobal. Very friendly staff and beautiful rooms for a baragain price. Absolutely recommended! Nothing really

Not many places to sit in the sun in the courtyard.

Nice location. Alfredo, the night shift worker is super nice, always polite and helpful. The hotel is in a very nice building. The staff is very helpful, we got to wash our clothes and were allowed to check in early which was good! The room is very dark, could use some more lighting. Also quite cold and loud between the room and the common areas. Also it is quite humid.

all great, location, staff, rooms -

The location, cleanliness, room styles, and service are excellent. It's like a hotel boutique without saying it in its name. It has easy access, and the parking is close and safe. I loved the references to the San Cristobal neighbourhoods in the rooms' names and styles.

The room was big and comfortable. The place is well decorated and well located. When someone rings the bell at night, we could hear it really loudly from our room.

clean, comfortable, good staff everything was perfect none.

Clean and confortable. Nice staff. Great price

The property was attractive and the rooms each had a nice unique design. The courtyard was closed at night and security kept an eye on the door so it felt safe. The room and the property were very clean and tidy. There was no breakfast provided for guests, but we were told it was because they didn't have the staff available during the off season. However, they also did not provide any coffee, even though they had all the supplies to do so, and there were at least two or three people there all day (just looking at their phones, mostly). My mornings started very early, because I had to commute to a conference location, so not having coffee or breakfast was a big disappointment and added another 30-40 minutes to my morning. The bed was quite uncomfortable with big depressions on each side from a lot of use, and the room did get warm even with the window open and there was no fan provided, so we really didn't sleep well during our stay. The Wi-Fi was almost never working. We would never choose to stay here again.
