fantastic value for the price, quiet environment, nice lounge area upstairs

my room had many windows , good views, and plenty of natural light but none of the windows could be opened and in the bathroom there was no window at all. for ventilation I had to open the door. wi fi was not always good

Great rooms and location. Clean and spacious.

The hotel is very nice and tu new, like it appears in the pics. Located a minute from the Main Street, the area felt very safe. Stuff is very kind and helpful although they cannot speak any English. The fury blankets! They don’t give the idea they have been ever washed and the fury part is very gross. I ended up not touching/ using any blanket and nights were a bit chilly. They don’t give you a face towel or what I though was a mat is a towel instead…different habits perhaps… sheets should be definitely renewed and washed properly afterwards.

I was looking forward to staying here cos it sounded a step up from my usual accommodation, but the rooms have very little natural light (& even with the lights on I couldn't see into my bags) the key didn't work (was wrong one), couldn't get on the wifi for hours, & then the toilet leaked (clean water luckily) So I was given another room (smaller) with one less window. Bed was wonderful as we're female staff. Disappointing overall. As above

It was very clean, warm, and everything looked very nice for the price especially. The man at the front desk tried to be very helpful and was very nice. The rooms are stylish Hot water took HOURS to finally come on and never even got as hot at I like. I had to change rooms because the wifi did not reach the television in my original room. The bed was a bit stiff.

Windows looked out onto courtyard so no privacy. No natural light. Poor lighting (no overhead light). Bright florescent new years display by window. Cold room. Bad WiFi and Netflix/streaming didn't work. Not worth the price.

Excellent stay!!! Loved the hotel, comfy friendly staff, quiet at night. Perfect The only improvement is to have a drinking fountain for guests to use to reduce use of plastic bottles.

Excellent location, friendly staff, clean, spacious and charming rooms. Sky lights letting natural light in was very nice. No heating in the room but they did supply lots of warm blankets.

Quiet neighborhood in short walking distance to historic center. Super comfy bed, big shower, stylish interior. Unfortunately no one speaks English. However, they were super friendly though.

We were so surprised to arrive at this hotel and discover how beautiful and brand new it was! Such a lovely little boutique hotel find. Loved our room upstairs with windows facing hills and trees. Huge king bed. Some hooks on walls to hang your things. Or a little rack with hangars for clothes. There is no place to put your things except for under bathroom sink or tiny bedside tables. Netflix didn't work great on TV but I don't think the internet is really strong in San Cris.

Pros: location was convenient, hotel is new and clean Cons: Wifi was horrible, barely useable. Hotel staff made a mistake with my reservation and listed it for 1 night instead of 2. Basically they did my reservation manually instead of through booking.com how I booked. When they did it manually thats when they made the mistake. They were oversold for the rooms and were not taking responsibility for the mistake. It ended up working out and I was able to stay. However the process was really painful, I was treated poorly, I felt very unwelcome. They had no one on their staff that could speak english in order to help with the language barriers. I also asked to speak to a manager and they would not let me.

Amazingly cheap for such a comfortable and well designed hotel room. Hostel price and 5 star comfort. The bed has ruined all other beds for us... Including our one at home ? Can't think of anything.
