Location was good, central to all the historic area of San Cristobal.. Very safe property, 24 hrs front desk service, very clean rooms. Attentive to our requests. For the room fee, They charged my card in usd$ when the booking was made in MXN currency. ON my reservation with Booking.com, it stated that the bill would be paid onsite at hotel in the local currency (mxn). This inflated the final price. It was a much lower exchange rate than my card would have charged.

I like the location and convenience No AC or at least a fan would have been nice to have in the room to help circulate the air. The bathroom was not that clean . Sink was stopped up.

The historic building, the location and the staff. The kitchen was amazing. So much choice for breakfast a-la-carte and buffet It was cold in San Cristobal. The rooms didn’t have heating hence the only 2 warm places in the room were in be and under the hot shower. But we got used and it’s part of the experience

Great location, good restaurant and friendly service. View from balcony of the main square with marimba band every night until 9:00pm. Disco at night next door. Loud boom music until 3:00am. Had to move our room so we could sleep.

Location is superb, and the restaurant within the hotel is ok as well. Parking on premises is a plus, being so close to the central plaza. Very loud during weekends due to being so close to several bars. Not te best place to relax and sleep in. Ventilation is very deficient, so it gets quite hot in the rooms and there is no AC available.

It was right in the middle of the city and close to a lot of amazing restaurants.

The location. המיקום מעולה, ממש במרכז העיר. The WiFi service is IMPOSIABLE!!! It need passward each time you get out of the room, the login needs 2 passwards, the passward is TOO LONG and unable to remember, the signal is too weak. If you need WiFi - DO NOT arrive at this hotel!
