The hotel is right in the center of San Cristobal with parking in the garage. Room was clean and had a heater, which was nice as it’s a bit colder in San Cristobal. Wifi worked perfectly.

location (between ADO bus stop and historic centre), big bed in a basic room / bathroom, clean bigger outdated hotel with a lack of soul / atmosphere, noisy room ( you can follow the conversation in the room next to yours).

Accommodation met expectations. The hotel has a great location right in the center. It is not a problem to walk to the center at any time of the day or evening. A safe place. The bank with the best exchange rate and many restaurants are also within 5 minutes. Parking is in the underground garage below the hotel. When we were there, it was not a problem to park, but if the hotel was full, there may be a lack of space. It is very good that there are radiators in the room that will heat the room enough when it is cold. Breakfast is not included. However, they can be easily bought in the hotel restaurant. Slightly cramped parking spaces, be careful.

The location of the hotel is great, right in the middle of town. The front-desk staff speaks english. Parking is underground and free on request. On checkin they charged a lower rate without explanation. Yay... 3 days later without informing me, they charged the 'missing' amount from a 2nd account (different name). Upon asking at the front-desk we got some half-assed answer about mistaken checkout dates. Since they didn't overcharge the booking.com price not a big deal, but pfft... The rooms are fairly cold at 2200m above sea level. There is a little spaceheater and blankets, but that barely covers it. Cold feet and stiff joints when getting out of bed every morning.
