Honestly just that it was so cold and that has nothing to do with the hotel. They provided many blankets and a heating device.

The hotel is beautifully decorated, very clean, and the staff are friendly. You are just a few minutes' walk to the center of San Cristobal. Highly recommend! None.

Great location Helpful staff The manager was extremely RUDE, she wanted to charge a whole day's parking just for 30 minutes. Sniggering while talking to her staff. Inappropriate behaviour
