Bed was very stiff. Lobby furniture falling apart. Budget caliber hotel

The room was clean, but the layout was a bit inconvenient. The TV was mounted on the left side of the room, while the couch was in the far right corner. The beds were on the opposite side, so the TV had to be turned to watch it from the beds, but then anyone sitting on the couch couldn't see it. The bathroom door was also an issue. It was a sliding barn-style door that didn't function properly. Once it was closed, it would get stuck, and someone from outside had to lift the door for it to open. We also had difficulty reaching the front desk. Every time we called from the room phone, the line was busy, so we had to use our cell phones to get through. One suggestion would be to let guests know about the $30 per day parking fee before arrival, either during check-in or, even better, on the website when booking. It would help avoid surprises. Despite these issues, the hotel served its purpose. The kids had a wonderful time, the staff was friendly, and the complimentary breakfast was excellent. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Hotel overall was very good. The hotel is central to many great San Diego experiences. It was nice to be nearby Mission Valley.

Great hospitality

We had a 4 night/5 day stay. The TV internet did not work at all. We asked multiple times, yhey never fixed it. Also, we had very noisy/loud upstairs neighbors - complained multiple times, but to no avail. Just an ok stay.
