The DEXTRO Little Italy, BW Premier Collection

My friend and I stayed only one night. The room was okay, I find the room outdated specifically the carpet, there's dirt and floor was bit properly mop, and there's a distinct smell like sour near the closet and AC. About 10 mins walk from Little Italy ( all restaurant restaurant no shops).

Room was perfect. Everything nice and clean, very modern.

I pulled the white towel off of the rod, and started drying my face, only to see large s#it stains on the towel… I was horrified, and I took photos.

The room was clean, the location was central and the staff were friendly.

The weekend before I came for a wedding toilet and sink were clogged. They were able to unclogged the toilet and work have at least water run down slowly in the sink. They had no other rooms available for me. They comped my parking and breakfast, they apologized for the inconvenience. Towards the end of my stay the toilet started to act up again. Sadly I won’t be giving another chance to this hotel. The reason is because I asked for a Guest Folio when I checked out and they said I would receive it to my email, but the one for the first stay. Also parking is horrible, and I know I was comp the breakfast but is definitely not worth it. I do have to say the gentleman who came in to fix the toilet was very respectful and very helpful. As well as the ladies in the breakfast area during my first stay. I also had a lovely chat on my way down with one of the cleaning ladies. They were all very nice.

I will never stay at this place again. Bar was closed. No jacuzzi. They will only clean your room every other day so get ready to clean your own room and make your own bed. We ran out of toilet paper so had track down a housekeeper. We needed her for fresh towels and tissue paper as well. The day they were supposed to clean our room, they were a no show. Had to call front desk for room cleaning and fresh towels. I do not want to work when I’m on vacation. You can stay at a nicer place with all the amenities for just as much as this one. Stay clear!

Unfortunately, the hotel showed signs of wear and tear and could benefit from better housekeeping. We noticed spills and sticky, dirty footprints in the elevators, and our room wasn't as clean as expected. The floors were unswept, the bathroom sink was grimy and partially clogged, and some of the furniture and decor were dusty and looked worn. The shower included shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, but the conditioner dispenser was empty when we arrived. It was disappointing that this wasn't checked before a new guest checked in. The hotel offers breakfast each morning, but at $25 per person we felt it was overpriced. We opted to eat elsewhere since there are plenty of affordable breakfast options nearby. On-site parking was convenient but steep at $45 per day. Another downside was the elevators. There are only two serving the guest rooms and parking garages, and they were often crowded, resulting in long waits nearly every time we needed to go up or down. Overall, this was not a five-star experience, but it served its purpose for a short overnight stay. The staff and location were positives, but improvements in cleanliness, maintenance, and attention to detail would make for a much better guest experience.

Staff was great

Very very disrespectful staff in the breakfast department.The experience was so disrespectful that I checked out a day early even when I paid over $1200 for a 4 night stay. Definitely not booking anything with the Best Western imprint now or in the future.

The hotel has been recently renovated, and the staff are friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Its location is very convenient, close to the highway, making it easy to avoid heavy city traffic and numerous traffic lights. It is also near Little Italy, and most of the city's main attractions are within 1–2 kilometers, making it a great base for exploring the area. The bathroom door in the room is poorly designed and does not provide any privacy. It is a sliding door with no proper insulation or sealing, so every sound from the bathroom can be heard clearly in the room. Whether someone is taking a shower or simply using the toilet, the lack of soundproofing makes the experience very uncomfortable and unacceptable.
