Spacious room, clean and comfortable. Not good location if you want to be in central Milan. Bathroom had sheer curtain- unusual. Internet was not great.

The Hotel Santa Barbara in Milan offered a comfortable and pleasant stay. The rooms were spacious, clean, and the bed and bathroom were very well-maintained. The hotel also provided a delicious breakfast, and its convenient metro access made it easy to reach the central city and the Duomo the slightly higher prices.

The girl name Beatrice have no respect to the clients! And we didn't sleep well because the air-conditioningis broken !!

Good location, High ceilings and bright room. Room facilities were good. Quite dated interior. Rooms were very hot I didn’t sleep well for the whole time I was there AC seemed non existent. Breakfast staff were lovely however I found the front of house staff unhelpful.

Lovely find. Not too far from all the attractions in Milan. Fantastic breakfast. Staff friendly & helpful. Fridge in room a plus. Big spacious room. No kettle in room but had read this on other reviews so took our own travel kettle. Staff happily provided us with cups etc. Minibar in room but not included in price. No real atmosphere in the bar area but plenty of bars / restaurants just round the corner. Air con but still warm in room.
