Clean The room I stay was really small no windows so it makes me feel stock . I decided to cancel the booking and this place has a no return money . I definitely not recommend

Room was beautiful & modern. Loved the boutique look! Room provides fridge with beverages & snacks for purchase, which was a great add on! Pillows were very comfortable. The reception ladies in the morning & night time were wonderful & explained everything to us like the parking spaces available (limited) & the restaurant that is partnered with the hotel. Which the hotel food was also delicious!

The property was clean and the Claudia was amazing at checking us in.

It's a quiet oasis in the middle of town. I live locally but coming here feels like getting away without having to go far. It's comfortable, cozy, and convenient. Their staff is respectful and I've always experienced fantastic customer service.

Location and accomodations were excellent, room was very nice and comfortable.

It was so clean and the beds are SO COMFORTABLE!!! They also had the breakfast at Jaspers restaurant and let me tell you their food is Amazing!!! Fresh and delicious! Highly recommend!!! Our room was right in front of the front desk and the street so it was noisy sometimes and limited parking space.

It was as described, the personal was attentive, it was clean, I stayed only one night and it was a good price The internet services was good at all WiFi wass going in and out all the time, and not enough parking spots, the breakfast was very limited

Is clean near everything

The breakfasts were better in the past, but they were good enough. Nothing. It's not staying at the Ritz, but it's $50 a night.

Facilities were bad. This should be blamed on the owners: 1. Room full of ants. We have pictures & videos. My family & I were bitten all over. Discovered after we laid down on the beds. Changed to another room. Better. 2. No water in the rooms in the morning. We just left this hotel. Both are major service quality problems. Owners should invest in pest control to fumigate on a routine basis. Water is a major issue for hospitality. Should invest in more tanks & pumps, etc. or upgrade with safe guards to alert management & owners of falling water levels. This should never happen if there are sufficient redundancies & alerts. Lastly, my wife noted that there was no swimming pool though the images included a swimming pool. Very bad to show a facility you don't have. What if we wanted to swim? We should have selected another hotel. This tantamount to cheating. Hope the above helps the owners to learn to provide better and match what they offered on Booking.com website & elsewhere. They will pay a price in the future. I am sure their bookings will be hurt with my review.

The location

Beautiful place we feel like at home. It has a patio or terrace if you don’t want to go out you can enjoy a cup of wine there. The owner was always willing to give us info about were to go and what to do in the area. Breakfast was amazing. Thank you so much Stephano for everything. We do recommend your place.
