I loved the hotel! It’s not very big, so there aren’t many people, which makes the stay more comfortable and relaxing. The team was very helpful with all our questions, and the restaurant and bar were just amazing. There are two pools at the hotel, and just a one-minute walk away, you have a beautiful beach—simply perfect.

Very friendly helpful staff. Breakfast was solid. Location ok. Very good restaurant with very good service. Room spacious and modern. Pool not great, small, very uncomfortable lounges, little shading. Pictures misleading. Strange towel policy for pool, and quality of towels mediocre. Cable TV only Italian channels. Air Conditioning works but couldn’t be controlled. Accommodation is overpriced.

Very professional and friendly staff! Spacious room with nice sea view. Wallet parking. Overpriced and still charging 40euros for sauna, 80euros for e-bike … this is somehow standard in other pricey hotels. City was rather empty at this time of season, Otrante would be better choice as there is more attractions and restaurants.

The hotel is very modern and nice. The rooms confortable and very good breakfast. Best of all was the attention of Alessia in the front desk and her great recommendations for restaurants in the area.

Great hotel and very good staff. They were extremely helpful and thoughtful. Location is good, weather in September was not great - rain and wind. Beach is a walk or navetta ride but very nice.

Wonderful view from our balcony and great breakfast. they closed the hotel beach sighting "bad weather" whist other beaches in the area remained open on sunny beach days. We spent several fine days at other local beaches.

Staff were friendly & decent breakfast Description on Booking.com does not match the reality (including bear walls in rooms & common areas). This hotel is not on 1st line for beach access, does not have basic amenities (e.g. iron for your clothes that you can borrow) and, in fact, all services are provided for extra cost, including access to beach club (to which you need to be taken by a golf cart) & spa access to zones that are normally included (e.g. sauna & steam room) in even 3* & 4* hotels. Overall, I refer you to my extensive review on Google maps, which demonstrates all of this in more detail and, instead of finding a way to show understanding and resolve the issues, Posia management instead threaten legal action for bad review, which is quite representative of the lack of basic respect for its paid customers.

The hotel is so clean and modern. The food was incredible and the location on the beach is perfect. I loved the infinity pool with the view from the rooftop.

Beautiful hotel, great rooms, fantastic breakfast, great view, great spa Ants in my room, I made a mistake with the booking and accidentally added an extra day to my stay that I didn´t and couldn´t use and the hotel did nothing for me regarding that. We spent a lot of money at the facilities it would have been nice that let part of that additional night go towards that cost
