Hotel is okay, very ordinary for the price

Great place, charming and historic

The staff was very nice and friendly. The bedroom itself was tastefully done. The bathroom was extremely tiny. There was no counter space to put a cosmetic bag or other items which would make it difficult for a woman traveling. The closet was also extremely small.

The rooms were very clean, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, the location was great and the restaurant was delicious!

This place was beautiful and very picture as you walk in through the doors there’s construction currently going on outside, so it’s easy to miss from the road. The staff were amazing. The bar and lounge area were amazing. The setback was the actual room not as pictured pretty small outdated appliances and the shape that tub was in. It needed work.

The room was pretty small for the cost and needs to be updated… A couple of the outlets didn’t work and the shower didn’t seem very practical

Bar had horrible beer selections.

great location, historical hotel but rooms need some upgrading and maintenance . A strange machines round hole in the shower glass causes water spillage and the black out shutters need tempering to close and open

Excellent location near Union Square - very good price - the staff was pleasant & responsive - restaurant was an elegant setting & service was good, but the food was only fair - easy garage parking half a block away.

Amazing staff. Classic building. Central location. Everything is always amazing here. We Stay at the Beacon at least once every year.

Exceptional

The room was perfectly designed with a large and very comfortable bed. The bathroom had everything I needed and the TV was great too. The location was ideal with plenty of shops and places you could walk to. Bathroom bench space could have been bigger.

We were very pleased with our stay. Dan the bellman was especially friendly and helpful.

The Starlite was awesome and top-notch and the bed was comfortable, I liked that we had a room at the end of the hall also The toilet did not work and the room was extremely expensive
