Presidio Parkway Inn

The location was great for exploring San Francisco. We were lucky enough to get the top corner room so we had a beautiful view of the Golden Gate Bridge. It was a great stay.

Lovely rooms, very spacious. It was sold on booking. com as having breakfast but it doesn’t. Not a massive deal but needs amending.

There was no breakfast or coffee in the morning as advertised. We were told that it had been discontinued since January of 2026. Parking on-site is advertised as "plenty of parking" but parking was available for only half of the rooms and one was taken by the hotel staff. I spent half an hour driving around the area looking for parking. The staff had no apology for not answering the desk phone at night saying "we don't answer the phone after 11:00 pm".. Overall this place is not advertised accurately and I would not recommend a stay here. See above.

It was warm. The shower worked. Located close to places of interest. Parking was included. Where do we even begin with this absolute gem? It was so ridiculously loud that even earplugs gave up trying. The beds were so soft that we sank into them like overripe bananas left in the sun for three days. And to complete the luxury experience, the whole place had the charming aroma of piss. Calling this place a hotel feels almost disrespectful to hotels. If we hadn’t been broke, we would’ve packed our bags after the first night and run for our lives. Unfortunately, our bank accounts had other plans, so we stayed and experienced the full adventure. If you’re looking for peace, comfort, or a pleasant smell, keep looking. If you’re looking for a story to tell your friends afterwards, congratulations — you’ve found the place.

The parking area is so small and hard to navigate cars in, the elevator didn’t have a light and hasn’t been serviced in 3 years, the tv didn’t work half of the time, the water pressure was terrible and so was the temperature. Front desk staff wasn’t there half of the time.
