The only reason I gave this hotel a 2 star was because on night number 2 we had an employee unlock our hotel door (DO NOT DISTURB SIGN WAS ON DOOR) and then when my husband caught the man at the door before he came in gave him a bogus excuse of he thought this room was empty! The rest of our stay obviously we felt that it wasn't safe! And the pillows are awful! And our top bed comforter had a STAIN on it! We ended up not using it and throwing it on the chair because gross!!

The room was very clean, very well air conditioned! The staff was very helpful in helping me to upgrade my room, aside from the great customer service they were very friendly as well! Overall we enjoyed our stay!

Overall my stay was nice. Just be careful with the rose bush when you park your vehicle. It’ll bite you. I also had someone use my room number to pay for their drinks. I noticed it on my invoice but the staff took care of it and removed it.

Parking was horrible not alot of restaurants in area some of the guests were rude but staff in all areas were great and kind

Checking in and out; staffing is very helpful; location is very convenient The TV wasn’t working when first checking in, need to call the front desk to fix it. It was the World Cup 2026 weeks.

The air conditioning was great the weather was very hot during my stay. I also really enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. It was very nice and I loved that the pool was indoor.

Location Front desk staff was very helpful 1. Dripping from the trees in parking lot. 2. TV did not work in the first room 3. second room found used contact lens on the night stand; lots of cracked tile in bathroom, tub is stuck. Conclusion, lots of wear and tear, not clean.
