Two levels no more than 10 steps. no elevator. no breakfast, but ice machine works. Owner nice.

The room was clean and there was plenty of parking available. The location was very close to downtown San Jose and SJSU. Also, several fast food restaurants on the block and across the street. This was an afforable and convenient location to stay for the SJSU commencement.

This hotel was nice. The rooms were good. Very close to restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance. It's also a short bus ride to downtown San Jose and other stores. I recommend this place.

nice locations I'm just a little unhappy with the shower water it's very slippery and I feel like I can't rinse the soap off my body completely. It made my skin a little itchy, and I don't understand why the hotel water is so strange because it doesn't rinse the soap off properly and my skin feels very slippery...

No Breakfast available, location was great Staff was polite and very accommodating. Inside was clean, Beds not very comfortable, outside the property needs some TLC,the rails along the stairs needs painting, the stairs need cleaning.

The location was close to where I was working. The room had a musty smell (probably old carpet). I walked to the Walmart across the street and got some air freshener.

The room was nice and quiet. I wanted to watch TV but the DirecTV wasn't working I tried going to the lobby to get help but wasn't able to. I got lucky and had 2 refrigerators. If you like a super firm bed, this would be a good fit for you. It was a bit too firm for my taste. The sheets were a bit stiff and scratchy. The couch was super comfy.
