The room was neat, but no free breakfast we need to pay extra for breakfast.

Great room but missing sofa accessories

I was honestly shocked and felt nauseous the moment I saw it. I immediately requested to change rooms. However, packing all of our belongings and moving to another room took more than an hour. This completely wasted our time and seriously affected our vacation experience. The condition was extremely unpleasant and, frankly, very disgusting. I am very disappointed that a room was given to us in this condition, especially after we had already settled in and gotten ready for bed. I would appreciate it if they could look into this matter seriously

Terrific, helpful staff. The rooms were beautiful with a hint of classic old-fashioned hotel with all modern amenities. The bed and pillows are extremely comfortable. I would come back again!

Very nice place

I think parking was free. Area felt "safe" / visible. Room was clean. We missed breakfast (they never told us when it was served or where or if it was continental, etc. :/ Staff was ok, not the friendliest...they were fine, "professional" I guess.

Just give me a normal light switch. I am an old school traveler. When I arrive at a new room I don't want to have to spend 20 minutes figuring out the lights. So imagine this. You arrive late and it is dark out. You open the door and the lights automatically go on. Than you put your suitcase on the bed and your phone on the dresser. Than the lights go out. You can't see a thing. You try to feel for your phone to get light. You can't figure out how to turn on or off the light. You go to bed and get up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom and the light comes on full brightness. Just give me a normal light switch that turns on and off instead of all these fancy controls.
