Nothing Really old door don't lock don't have a,c only old fans that doesn't work can't sleep is to hot inside the rooms,you can see trash everywhere pool are nasty they don't filter the water everything is really old they don't give you the rooms on time they said breakfast are at 9am and don't start to 10am or 10:30am bathroom don't have toilet paper I don't recommend it for any one to expense for what they offer

Love the views, everyone was very nice. I also love the hamacas all around the place. The tennis court, the pool and the jacuzzi were excellent too. The shower in the main room.

The common areas were good looking Some villas are so close from each other and could use some air conditioning or better ventilation

The staff provided exceptional support, readily assisting with any request, including procuring birthday cakes and retrieving forgotten items such as shoes from off-site events.

The windows need better cover the light in the morning butters very bright. Needs more towels out side shower and smalls towels for hands or face..

The place was beautiful The first night the water stopped working and we where celebrating our 30 year anniversary when they finally got the water working the jacuzzi bath Jets didn’t work and I was walking from the pool barefoot to my room turn the lights on and almost stepped on a deadly scorpion the staff never once warned about the fact that might be a danger and we were given vouchers for breakfast waited 30 minutes for it and then charged for juice and hotcake plate and the villa that we had only had one roll of toilet paper and very little shampoo and conditioner and soap

No air conditioning, it was really hot in the villa. The cleanliness of the swimming pool could perhaps be improved. Breakfast starts quite late (9:30) so if you have to leave early, you can't have it. The service was quite slow.
