The room was comfortable and close to Plaza, and food options. There is a ceiling fan. There was an extra service fee to enable the air-conditioning that is not listed in the booking information. Also, they didn't have the ability to take credit card payment the day we arrived. The room also didn't have a window to the outside, the window was to a column where light comes in; however, street noise and other room noise could be heard. We would stay there again, but now we know what to expect.

Location Cleaning lady had two little kids (four or five years old)with her doing cleaning work and very noisy (screaming kids, running around the hall) very unpleasant

(Late at night). Beds were not to comfy.

The architecture of the building, the balcony and shower stall. There were no frills, no refrigerator, nowhere to cook or eat. The bed linens were worn out & fitted sheet couldn’t be fitted on account of how worn out it was. The blankets were also worn out, and the pillows as well which made them uncomfortable. The towels were very old and ragged needed replacing but all are the same. It seemed to me that the cleaning is not so good, or perhaps they have different standards. The doorknobs could use some cleaning, the room needed dusting. It’s also advertised with AC, well my room did NOT have AC. I didn’t complain about it until I was leaving. The front desk said that the owner decided not to put AC’s in the units with a balcony. I wish I had known that because I would prefer the AC. Lastly, there was construction across the street. Every day starting at 6:00 am starts the loud noise ALL DAY LONG. It made it difficult to concentrate, relax or think and have a conversation. Glad it’s over!!!
