The bathroom was clean. Overall everything was clean. I paid for 3 nights. I checked out the second night of our stay and requested a receipt that I had checked out and was told to call booking.com. No receipt was given. I never asked for a refund for the 3rd night, after surrendering the room key I wanted a receipt to the fact. Nothing was issued. No internet. TV with antenna and picture was not clear. Mattress could be softer. A bottle of water as a courtesy. Dusty curtains. The sliding door leading to the balcony does not lock

Located on a hill above the central area. Going down to the cathedral area was not bad, but coming back up to the hotel was quite a climb.
