Great location, decent price, big rooms, decent food, it was a great experience

Seems a bit distant but has great location, access to restaurants, shops and everything was perfect, rooms were big, perfect

Very nice hotel. Close to restaurants and a Walmart. Loved that it was very spacious for our group of five. Receptionists was very friendly. This is definitely going to be our go to hotel when we’re in Mission Tx.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, and easy parking. Everything was exactly what we needed for our trip. We'd stay here again.

Very comfortable and clean. Also that they have happy hour complementary. Staff for the most part was very friendly except 1. 1 man with black glasses part of the staff, not once acknowledged us when I first walked in not one greeting. Even the next day when we saw him he just walks around like he's angry. Still doesn't say hi or welcome but the rest of the staff were so friendly.

However, on the day I was scheduled to check in, I was stranded in Houston due to Tropical Storm Bertha. At approximately 5:04 PM, I called the hotel to let them know that I would be arriving the following day. The employee who answered the phone asked for my first and last name and even had me spell my last name to ensure she had the correct reservation. She assured me that she would inform her manager of the change. Unfortunately, that information was not passed along, and my reservation was marked as a no-show. Fortunately, two wonderful staff members were able to honor the remainder of my booking and assist me with checking in on Friday. I greatly appreciate their professionalism and willingness to help resolve the situation.
