Everything was just wonderful and even though I exprected a high service due to excellent reviews, it still exceeded my expectations! Mrs Stephania is just a wonderful and welcoming host from beginning until the end. Check in and communication was easy, the second you enter the property it just has such a relaxing and homey atmosphere, it's fantastic. Little details such as matching colours in the room, very, very tastefully decorated and they have the cutest little kitchenette and dining area! Delicious sweet and savoury breakfast. Cleanliness is of the highest level! The pool was so pleasant and relaxing, and to keep you company, they have a little friendly dog (called Ulysees) if I'm not mistaken! Such a cute little dog that greats every guest and wags his tail. I utterly enjoyed my stay and would return 100%. So so pleasant, if there was a mark above 10, I'd give it. Thank you, Mrs Stephania! Keep up the excellent work!

The location is fantastic if you are moving around or transiting, just off the motorway. There is also an excellent Trattoria 5 minutes walk don the road

The place is very nice and clean; the area is quiet. It is easy to reach from the highway (tangenziale) and it has a nice restaurant with typical food nearby. The breakfast is a good value with both sweet and salty food. It would be nice to have better quality tea for the breakfast, maybe also with flavors.

Extremely comfortable bed, lovely bathroom, nice breakfast but most of all Stephania. We arrived late (22.30) to a lovely welcome and - on finding out we were too late to grab a beer at the trattoria next door - some cold beers. The next morning she phoned around pharmacies for us to find a Covid testing centre. Really couldn’t have asked for a better host! Nothing. I can imagine in the summer with the windows open the A14 noise might have been a bit annoying but no big deal in winter. Plus we were staying overnight on the way back from Greece to UK so the location was perfect for us.
