Great breakfast and extremely friendly owners that are trying their best to make the stay as comfortable as possible! The AC works in a bit strange way. It was hard to get the room cooled up.

Clean and very comfortable, everything you need in apartment. Staff very helpful. Great breakfast. Loud staff in corridor outside room in the mornings. Too intrusive room cleaning for our taste, went in during breakfast and moved our things around.

The rooms feel new and very clean and are simply stylish. Francesca has thought of every detail to ensure guests have a very comfortable stay. She and her mum are kind and very generous people who focus on complete guest comfort and satisfaction. Great value for money, great breakfast with home made goodies, comfortable bed with good linen quality, sweet quiet and picturesque village. 100% recommend!

Dorsino is a unique and special piece of Italy, feeling almost untouched by time, and DolceVita Ambiez is a clean, friendly, and comfortable place to stay; a totally modern and attractive re-do of an ancient space. The host, Francesca, is full of energy and ideas for your visit, and could not be nicer. This is a great spot for hiking and enjoying all that beautiful Lago Molveno has to offer, or just for kicking back from busier parts of a trip. It is not overrun by tourists as is so much of Italy -- a big plus! It is also a nice stop before or after visiting the Strada del Vino/Wienstrasse area, which is only about an hour away. We loved our stay here and highly recommend it, but with one caveat: the town is very small and has no restaurants, so you need to be willing to drive when you go out to dinner. The closest restaurants are in San Lorenzo, only a little over a kilometer away (up a steep hill), but many are closed on a Monday or Tuesday (and perhaps other days), so it is good to plan ahead and make a reservation. There are many restaurants in and near Molveno, about 10- 15 minutes away, but the drive is is through a windy area of low mountains, so you need to be comfortable with that type of driving at night.

Cleanliness, room standard (great bathroom, great bed, fully equipped kitchenette), friendly hosts, peaceful and quiet area with quite stunning mountain views. Minor issues as far as breakfast is concerned (assuming our understanding that not only Italian breakfast was supposed to be offered): hot dish offered just once and it was just one boiled egg per person (most of us need two and something hot everyday :), not enough vegetables (just small tomatoes but no cucumbers, no lettuce, no salads), no forks on the table just knives and spoons (very wired), no self-served coffee machine nor kettle or hot water dispenser so asking for one more cappuccino or tea felt bit embarrassing.

The family run concept,superbly managed by Francesca and her daughter+mother.. so much attention to details and the love they shared about their land was beyond any expectations Maybe a higher floor with balcony would have been better, next time we,ll book a bigger apartment

Fabulous breakfast, Francesca and daughter couldn't have been more accommodating. A wonderful experience in every way.

Quite and beautiful mountain village with great view. The breakfast was very well and the service also. The weather was bad at times and we had wet gear, because we are bikers. We cannot dry trousers and jackets because there is no suitable place to dry them.

Francesca and her mother are just amazing!!! We really love this place!

Our stay at this B&B was simply perfect. Everything in de hole building was zo clean, cosy and beautifull at the same time. Even the parking place is percectly arranged. Francesca is such a great person who does everything to make you feel comfortable and relaxed. The location is so beautifull and there are a lot of things to do even for a younger couple. When we drove away to our next location we allready missed dolcevita ambiez and francesca. So we are defently planning to come back another time. We recommend this b&b for sure en gif it a 100 out of 10. ?

Pretty hard to experience a warmer welcome and above & beyond service. Francesca and her mother are fantastic hosts, genuinely interested in your trip. The hotel itself is great, clean, well equipped and rooms like brand new. Breakfast is amazing with some home-made / locally sourced treats. Nothing really. Just need to be aware there is no restaurant in the village.

We loved our stay at DolceVita Ambiez B&B! Francesca is a very kind, enthousiastic and helpful host. She runs her B&B with heart and soul. DolceVita Ambiez B&B is located in the very small and authentic town of Dorsino near San Lorenzo and by car not far from Molveno. The room was very nice and clean and we had a nice balcony. The breakfast was extensive and very tasty and also included some home-made products. DolceVita Ambiez B&B also has a closed private parking, which is very convenient! We highly recommend it!
