Good spot. Friendly nice welcoming staff.

Has a Denny's next door so that's convenient for a quick meal. Not too far away from Target for those w kids going to Cal Poly

Staff was super friendly and the room was clean. It’s a great location. We were very close to the port of San Luis Obispo, where we did our whale watching tour with SLO Tours, and it was also very close toPismo so it was a short drive. When I looked online, it showed a pool and hot tub but when we got there, it was filled in with cement. Beds are hard.

You get what you pay for. The hotel was conveniently located and priced affordably. We also had a very spacious room with 3 queen beds. Now for the downside: the room smelled funny (a combo of mildew and cleaning solution), we didn’t have any hot water the first morning so had to take freezing cold showers, and the property was very loud (both the humming mini fridge in our room and the people walking back and forth above us very late at night). There are absolutely no amenities to speak of. If you want a cheap place to sleep, this is the place for you.

Room is a good size

We paid $245 for one night because it was moving day for Calpoly. This is a $60 night motel that has lumpy pillows and an old bed. The staff that took us in seems almost asleep. Will try to avoid this place and maybe just stay farther away if there are no other options in slo next time.

Quiet surroundings and convenient parking. None

Bathroom had sewer smells every time the sink water was run, mold in the corners of the shower.

Disappointing
-
nothing except that is was available during Cal Poly move in weekend. Now I know why. Place is a dump and there was not hot water for shower in the morning. I don't recommend at all.

what I missed was a make-up mirror.
