Lakehouse Resort

It was okay I didn't like the fact that my coffee maker didn't work and I had to go out early morning to buy coffee after I told the front office I needed help with the coffee maker

We booked two rooms through a third-party website and had already paid for both. At check-in, we told the front desk that one room was for a family with a baby and requested a crib. We were told it would be provided, but there was no crib in the room. Our lake-view room was also full of mosquitoes and did not feel properly cleaned. When we complained, we were told that the hotel had just hosted a concert and the staff were too busy to properly prepare the rooms. I do not think this is an acceptable excuse. Even more concerning, the front desk accidentally charged us for an additional room even though both rooms had already been paid for. We were told the employee was new and that the refund would take 3–5 business days. Overall, we were very disappointed with the cleanliness, service, and billing. We expected much better from this hotel.

This is a lovely location, the lake, the pools and the restaurants were all fantastic. The room was a little bit tired but clean and comfortable. I would definitely return.

It was very nice and relaxing staff was great seems like there was a problem with the direct tv all during our stay the umbrellas at the pool are very unsafe one came out of the pole some were all ripped up looks like upgrades are needed at the pool lots of missing tiles

Convenient location. Great pool and hot tub. Rooms are so-so. Comfortable enough but not stand out.

Not sure why they gave her and husband a room with bunk beds and kids room. They are a couple that were there to enjoy a weekend together to celebrate my daughter’s birthday ! Made no sense

What a beautiful hidden gem(for us at least)! Staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was perfect for our family of 4. I was bummed that I didn’t have my golf clubs to take advantage of the complimentary bucket of balls… until I found out I was able to borrow some!!! Truly, what a wonderful experience. Can’t wait to go back(without the kids) and enjoy the rest of the beautiful and great amenities! Thank you!!!!

Hard to believe that at this resort our room wasn't ready till 530 pm. Even tho check in is 4 pm. You can imagine when you have reservations at six in Del Mar. doubt we will stay here again. Your resort being short staffed in not my problem.

Love that the property caters to fury animals. Very Dog friendly.

The facility is old, parking was hard to find, not enough staff for the facility

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful resort located near the lake. The view is amazing, the room is comfortable and staff is very friendly.

Very comfortable rooms and I like having two restaurants available so close by. This will be my go to place to stay when I’m in this area.

This is a hidden gem.

I like the pools, and bicycles availed but didn't like that tennis was close after 5 pm
