Beautiful surrounding with real grandeur and country style rooms. Great value for money in this area. Wine tasting on location was lovely

This was our third stay at Marchesi Alfieri to visit this wonderful area of the Piedmont. As usual, it was comfortable, convenient to the area, with a good breakfast and all we needed - hence, our third stay with maybe more to follow. Not much

Beautiful setting Insufficient towels, bed not the most comfortable. Good enough but not first rate. Breakfast was barebones.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff! Apartment was very spacious for two couples. Comfortable beds & large bathroom with shower. Gardens to the castle are stunning. Breakfast (& breakfast hostess) were great, many options to choose from. Would recommend & stay here again!

It was an amazing experience. Picturesque view in all directions from the mansion on a hill. We booked several rooms and they were all great. Spacious, clean and very well equipped. The style you'd expect when staying in an old mansion with history. A wine tour of the entire estate and wine caves with tasting is a must :) The staff is very attentive and helpful. A simple but hearty breakfast, not just croissants and coffee.
-
Beautiful historical building. Staff very friendly, more of a B&B as no dinner offered, breakfast good. Very interesting tour & wine tasting Limited choice for dinner if you don’t want to drive as none available on site, 2 restaurants in village, only 1 open during the week for evening meal.

Fantastic property with nice castle Rooms are not located in the Castle but in some old parts of the property. It remains nice and comfortable
-
Splendid location in a historic estate with access to park and garden, cosy and comfortable room with simple yet stylish interior and decor. A terrazzo floor and some antique furniture that go very well with the surroundings. A good breakfast with excellent coffee is served in an semi open arcade. Here you can also sample the wines produced on the estate or even bring your own picnic for a romantic evening. It's a small and as such a quiet village, but there is some occasional through traffic during the night, which may be an issue if you like to sleep with the window open.

the visit was really nice and the staff very friendly also very nice breakfast and the room was comfortable and very quiet mosquitos in the park are annoying but not anyone’s fault of course visiting the castle would have been nice

Breakfast on the terrace was literally the most beautiful setting for a meal that I’ve ever experienced. It was just my wife and I at the time and we felt like royalty. Highly recommend taking a wine tasting tour to see the grounds of the castle and learn of the incredible history. The only down side is that this property is not in a walking friendly location - you have to drive into a town to get to a pharmacy, grocery store etc.
