Desk clerk very helpful. I will recommend it to anyone I meet if they needed a home sweet home to stay while in the Bay Area /Peninsula .

the breakfast did not meet expectations

The room was really clean. But the air conditioning did not work. It was “on” in the display, but when I tried to control temperature by pressing “+”or “-“, it didn’t do anything. The temperature was ok, but the room was humid. The window was stuck with just two inches opening when I tried to air the room. When the next door closes the door, my wall and headboard vibrates. You have to ask for pots, pan, plates and utensils. There is none in the room.

Quiet and ample parking

Room was clean. Breakfast was simple (oatmeal, muffin, coffee/tea). Parking was easy. Conveniently located.

Their WIFI is not compatible with newer iPhones (I have an iPhone 16) and I had to call a tech support who spent over an hour to manually connect the phone to the facility’s network. If you don’t have unlimited data package and work off your phones a lot, be mindful of this.

I hope I get the same room when I check in every week. The staff are very friendly and helpful

The bed was comfortable. Horrible breakfast. Towels not great. No real amenities in room without asking for something special. Noisy neighbors.
