Caye Casa

Casa Caye is an amazing place with extremely friendly staff that answer super quickly and are available to help you. They are also committed to make you have a nice stay.

Location, clean, quietness, quality and comfort of the room, staff, service, even the taste of the hotel design are all super nice! Seaweed smell from the beach. The hotel hired someone to clean the seaweed every day to reduce the smell, but still some time during day, the smell can be pretty strong. But all the hotels on the beach have the same problem. It's not Caye Casa's fault.

As described- clean, close to the water, nice private pool, quiet at night No problems that were the hotel’s responsibility. There was an algae infestation on the beach.

The property was close to EVERYTHING! The owner was VERY Nice!! Me and My Husband really appreciate Shane the office worker! OMG he made our stay PERFECT! The two housecleaning ladies were so nice!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at caye casa ! We had the suite facing the beautiful view of the water . The staff were exceptional and everything was spotless . Highly recommend !

Music from beach bars but not a game changer

Lots of wonderful added touches like filtered water, 2 welcome beers, coffee with fixings. The staff are amazing and responsive. Comfortable beds and pillows, good AC, very clean property and rooms.

Beautiful small hotel with very comfortable rooms that were well appointed. The staff was the star - so helpful and friendly. There’s no breakfast on site but there’s an excellent taco stand about 3 minutes walk away. The location on the beach is great but you’re a 15-20 min walk or 5 min taxi/golf cart ride to good restaurants.

Jake and Shane and all of the Caye Casa staff were attentive to every detail. They arranged golf cart rentals, suggested places to eat and made dinner reservations for us. We loved the location of Caye Casa as well as the small hotel feel. Definitely give it a try when visiting San Pedro!

Short ride from the airport. They made sure the taxi picked us up to and from the airport. Multiple places to eat within walking distance. The staff were very accommodating. Shane made sure we had everything from say 1 and throughout our stay. Everything was fine

the staff was very helpful Out of their control but the smell of the Sargassum was unbearable. Linens needed to be changed, lots of hair in the bed.

Location, views, and the plenty of space The seaweed was abundance. I got used to the smell but my husband and daughter not so much. But not the property's fault at all, its all over the place on that side of the island.

Room musty smell. Small, no place to eat for two. Needs a renovation.

Staying at Caye Casa was a great experience. The location is perfect. The room was lovely and the fridge and microwave were appreciated. I loved having the pool to lounge in. And one of the highlights is the ENTIRE staff! Jake and Shane provided exceptional service. They helped arrange a snorkeling tour, suggested great options for dining and when I left to continue my Belzian journey, Jake let me know I could contact him at anytime during the remainder of my trip thru Belize if I needed anything; now that is service! Thank you Caye Casa.

It is a clean, well appointed water front property with excellent management, with cordial and helpful staff. I have no complaints, just compliments.

Location was great. Staff was great! Bed was too hard.

Caye Casa and the staff were amazing! The personal customer service was unmatched. Jake and Shane helped coordinate all of our activities and transportation and gave the best recommendations on places to go. We will 100% go back!
