Location It’s was very humid and the AC units could not handle the heat. Temperature control by the hotel

Nice building, bit maintenance lacking, showers etc We had booked two rooms for 2 nights. We informed the hotel that we would only arrive the next day due to delay and that they prepared the room upon our arrival. When arriving one of the rooms was not available as they sold it and we all had to stay in one room. We were charged for the two rooms of the first night, although they were not available.
